Deliveries

Please contact Caroline Booth or Joyce Feltham, to arrange your delivery to the container if you are from a packing team outside Wakefield Diocese. If you are within Wakefield Diocese please contact Tineke Bentley or Kathryn Wilson to arrange delivery (see contact section).  

Goods can be delivered either to the container, or for smaller deliveries to our home address. 

Deliveries must be accompanied by the following documents:- 

1)  A certificate of conformance. This is to certify you are not sending any banned goods.

2)  A payment calculation sheet. The cost of sending the goods is based on the litres / volume sent (please see payment calculation sheet within the downloads area).

3)  Three copies of lists with box numbers, contents and second hand value. 

4)  Payment for shipping.

Please note, to assist in the packing of the container we request that where possible all boxes used for packing are standard apple boxes.
